All You Need to Know Info

We want to make your experience bad ass and memorable!  Party, stay up late,  and enjoy some truly amazing artists for 2 nights straight (30th & 31st)!  So get your party panties on and let's go! 

Below is some important need to know info.  Earliest Arrival Date: Dec 29th 

Please RSVP by Dec 1st. 

All guests are REQUIRED to sign our waiver of liability PRIOR to arrival on the property. Failure to do so will prompt a member of the Simmons family to hog tie you outside the gate! Other Guests are welcome to join in on the fun!

Refer to Guest Fee page. All guest fees are due no later than Dec. 1st and are non-refundable after that date due to catering deadlines.  

• Catered Dinner on the 30th and 31st: Served at 6:30pm 

30th:  Meat, Seafood and Veggie Paella 

31st:  Rudy's BBQ 

• Breakfast provided on the 31st & 1st:  Breakfast Tacos, Juice & tons of coffee
• Snacks and Lunches: Please BYO 
• Bevies: BYOB  - including alcohol, non-alcohol, mixers, plenty of bottled water, etc. 
• We will have s'mores to roast by the fire. 
• We have all utensils, cups, disposable plates, bowls, paper towels, cookware, etc.
• NOTE: our kitchen is your kitchen, clean up after yourself.

NOTE: 

-Cabin Assignments and RV/ Camper set-up spots will be communicated prior arrival.  

-RV / Camper Peeps: You will receive an email requesting  specific info about your RV so we can accommodate size, electrical and water needs.  RV inquires can be directed to Ken. Outlierken@gmail.com

• Cooler(s) AND ICE  for your food and drinks - we have limited fridge space to accommodate our amazing crowd
• Yeti or Bevie Cup of choice if you prefer; otherwise have a solo cups.
• Lunch and Snacks 
• BYOB - ALL bevies of choice. 
• Bath/ Shower Towels: yes, we expect at least one shower from you  filthy animals! =) 
• Personal Bathroom toiletries: soap, hair wash, ball wash, hair dryers, etc. 
• Bottled water: you'll need serious hydration for 2 days of this event 
• Medication: any necessary meds, especially allergy related. 
• Misc/ Suggested: flashlight, camp fire clothing, extra pillow & blanket, bug spray 
• Games of choice! 
• Fishing poles - catch and release. 
• Comfy Lawn chair only if you wish to.  We have plenty of folding chairs.
• An amazingly fun, ready to party attitude  - otherwise keep your sweet ass home. 

• #1 Leave your bad attitude and/or drama at home or with your ex, your in-laws or worst enemy - no place for it Inside the Fence.  
• Pets - sorry, NO pets allowed during the NYE Party. 
• Cigarettes: Do not smoke in cabins or inside a facility. Do NOT discard them on the ground. Put them in a container where they are properly disposed of. 
• No cannon balls in the lake - we won't get in after you. 

• Attire:  Dress up, dress down or somewhere in between…camo it up, sequence or a full on gown! Whatever you want! You’ll see it all. Except, man thongs or “banana hammocks”, - don’t do that!  
• Shooting Range  - Closed the 30th - 1st.
• Water Conservation:  Please conserve water as much as possible. You ain’t at a spa or the Four Seasons and you don’t need a 30 minute shower. Wash your crevasses and get out (Applies to Cabins)  
• AT&T is the most reliable, constant service that works at the ranch. Verizon and Sprint have sporadic services at certain points on the ranch. 
• No Wifi or hotspots available. Plan accordingly if needed. 
• Electric Vehicles - we do not have charging connections or the electrical capacity for EVs, so plan accordingly. 
• If bringing kids:  let them know they will have to actually talk to each other.  Wifi doesn't exist. womp womp! Bring glow sticks to hang on them so you don't lose them.  shit happens.
